Mr. SudhirAnand looks after the office operations and is an expert in documentation having excellent knowledge of customs law and procedures, tariff rates and Import / Export Policy. He keeps updates with the cases filed in High Court, CEGAT etc. Each document meant for being submitted to customs is thoroughly checked by him to avoid any delay later.

Mr. Ajay Kapur looks after the commercial aspect of the company. He is constantly in liaison with Customs, Shipping lines, Airlines, Airport Authority of India etc. He personally visits each port of operation and surveying any problem arising in course of clearance.

Each port of Operation i.e. IGI Airport Cargo Terminal, ICD – Tuglakabad / Faridabad(Ballabgarh) / Dadri / Surajpur / GarhiHarsaru (Gurgaon )/ ICD Rewari& Foreign Post Office is headed by a person of Manager level. He has his own team and is always communicable with the office through Mobile phones. Hence in case of any information required by our Clients, we can get back immediately with all the relevant details. We are giving imports & exports clearances at the shortest possible time. We have staff strength of fifty people and each person is an expert in his field.

We have an on line EDI connection with the customs. Hence on the basis of photocopies of documents, we can file and get the documents finalized even before arrival of goods in India. We are also connected with CONCOR through system which enables us to track the container from our office. We also provide complementary service of consultancy / advice on duties and licensing to our regular clients.
